My colleague Pat Ferrucci is going on vacation so I must get my shot in now: The Red Sox lost three straight to the Royals. Things just haven't gone well for Pat's team since he made fun of our beloved Bernie Williams in a post on his blog (see nhregister.com for the link, or below). Pat was counting on 2 of 3 wins and maybe a sweep. The Royals fans are the ones who brought brooms to the third game. And the goofy ex-GM of the Royals was sitting in the front row doing the swami-hex thing for three games. What a loon...
