Real Life Survival Guide scarfs some abeets

At a recent taping of "Real Life Survival Guide" for NPR, Bruce Barber, left, is greeted by Pepe's Apizza owner Gary Bimonte. The show gets interesting people around a table to talk about parenting, home and family topics. It is heard on NPR Sundays at 4:30 p.m., but in football season it's probably just best to catch it online, where the episodes are listed. (RealLifeSurvivalGuide.com). Yours truly was in the episode at Pepe's (of course, you say). And added my idiotic opinions and observations to another one that was taped in the basement (man cave) at Olde School in New Haven. Below are Barber, left, partner in crime Duo Dickinson and producer Cindy Papish Gerber.
