New SRO pit area at MGM Grand at Foxwoods

Steven Tyler and Aerosmith are the first band to rock the MGM Grand Theater with a new seating configuration in the front. The concert was Wednesday night at the huge Connecticut casino.
Explains a publicist:
The first 15 rows of 506 seats were taken out of MGM Grand Theater to create the standing room only pit area, allowing Foxwoods to host bands that require this up close and personal contact with fans.
The remaining theater seats were filled for the sold-out show, of course.
