No Ray in New Haven

Reader Justin from West Haven complains that local fans of the Celtics can't watch their team (and former UConn star Ray Allen) on a regular basis on Comcast. It has to do with NBA territorial lines, which puts the Knicks on Comcast New Haven's system and the Celtics on Cox in Cheshire-Meriden. Justin would like Comcast to make available Fox Sports New England, if at all possible.
